Modoo shopping centre played host to the presentation of the new Real Oviedo Kids project, developed together by the club and Proasur, with the main focus being on the youngest Oviedo fans.

It will be a space designed for fun, free time, and the promotion of Oviedismo, where our youngest fans will be able to celebrate birthdays, parties, workshops, and many other types of events.

Club Director, Fernando Corral Mestas, Proasur Business Development Director, Javier Martínez, and Toché attended the presentation and addressed the media gathered in Modoo. Fellow members of the Board of Directors, César Martín and Joaquín del Olmo were also in attendance.

Fernando Corral explained that “it is a further step in the overall project that Grupo Carso have for Real Oviedo. This is a nice and exciting project. It is another step to strengthen the Real Oviedo brand, and is aimed at the little Oviedistas. We have been working on this project for two years, and it will come into fruition in a few weeks. The idea is to bring the brand even closer to the little ones.”

Meanwhile, Tino Martínez, President of Proasur, explained that “with this project we want to move sport into a fun space, where we can teach children values such as effort, teamwork, and the development of skills. There will be a small football pitch, and areas for technology. We wanted to make a space which, as well as boasting all of the traditional elements related to football, also has an important technological area. This space will become available towards the end of September, approximately between the 18th and 22nd, and we will do a presentation of the games and different zones when it is completed. It is aimed at boys and girls between 4 and 12 years old. As well as being available for birthdays, it will be available for
other activities, for schools and some camps. In the future, we will develop more activities in the Carlos Tartiere,” he concluded.
