Real Oviedo is working on its planning for the 2019-2020 season. As part of the process of organising the first-team squad for next season, a total of seven players, who represented the B-team last season, have now signed first-team contracts.
JIMMY. As announced officially on 1st May, the midfielder has extended his contract with the first team until 2022.
VITI. The Asturian, who made a noteworthy contribution to the first team during this current season, will have a first-team contract for 2019-2020.
EDU CORTINA. Real Oviedo’s B-team captain of the past few seasons has renewed his commitment to the club with a first-team contract.
LUCAS AHIJADO. The right back has reached an agreement with the club to renew his contract and become part of the first team for the coming season.
BORJA SÁNCHEZ. The midfielder, who is already under contract, will officially become a first-team player on 1st July 2019.
ANDONI UGARTE. The defender, who was a key man for Vetusta during the 2018-2019 season, has also reached an agreement with Real Oviedo to become part of the first-team squad on 1st July 2019.
STEVEN. The forward will also have a first-team contract next season.
