Real Oviedo and Sporting Clube Farense have reached an agreement for the transfer of centre forward Álex Millán.
The striker joined the Asturians in the summer of 2023/24 from Villarreal CF. During that preseason, the forward suffered an unfortunate torn ligament in the friendly match against Pachuca in the Estadio de Hidalgo, and was forced out of action for more than six months.
Álex Millán returned to first-team training and matchday squads in February 2024. On 2nd March he made his club debut against Albacete Balompié in LaLiga Hypermotion. He went on to play 9 matches and a total of 107 minutes during the run-in of the 2023/24 campaign.
Real Oviedo would like to thank the player for his dedication, commitment, and professionalism throughout his time at the club, wishing him the best of luck in his professional future.
