Real Oviedo and Javi Mier have brought an end to the contract which had previously tied the player to Los Azules until June 2024.
An academy graduate who joined the club in the Under-13 age group, the Oviedo-born midfielder moved up to the first team in the 2020-21 season, after making his professional debut in a league match against Málaga in 2020. The current campaign would have been his fourth as a Real Oviedo first-team player.
Real Oviedo would like to thank Javi Mier for his commitment, his professionalism, and his Oviedismo.
