Real Oviedo and Girona FC have agreed for Ilyas Chaira to join Los Azules on a loan deal running until the end of the season.
Ilyas Chaira Oihi is 23 years old and was born on 2nd February 2001 in Ripoll, Catalonia. After coming through the youth ranks at Girona FC, the attacker joined UD Ibiza on a loan deal for the 2020/2021 campaign, playing 8 matches and scoring 1 goal. The winger helped the team to achieve promotion to the Segunda División.
The player then represented UE Costa Brava and San Fernando CD in Primera Federación, before spending last season with CD Mirandés. The winger played a total of 39 matches in the 2023/24 season, scoring five goals and providing five assists. His fine performances with Mirandés have led to him now becoming the latest signing for Javi Calleja's team.
