Real Oviedo has reached an agreement with Arsenal FC to sign attacking midfielder Marcelo Flores on loan for the 2022/23 season.
Marcelo Flores is 18 years old and was born on 1st October 2003 in Georgetown, Canada. The midfielder is a bright talent in Arsenal's academy, where he has come through the ranks. He has spent time working with the Arsenal first team, being one of the youth-team players to train with the first-team group.
Marcelo Flores is also a regular for Mexico's Under-19 and Under-20 sides, as well as playing three matches for the full national team, the latest in the victory over Surinam on 12th June.
The Mexican will join up with training after landing in Spain in the coming days, when he will also be officially presented.
The player will make no comments until the moment of his official presentation.
