Nacho Vidal Signs For Real Oviedo

Real Oviedo has reached an agreement for Nacho Vidal to join the club on a deal running until June 2027.

 

The full back is 29 years old and was born on 24th January 1995 in Campello, Alicante. The defender joins Los Azules from Club Atlético Osasuna, with whom he has spent the past six and a half seasons. Having come through the youth ranks at Valencia CF, the player made his first-team debut with the club against UD Las Palmas in the first match of the 2017-2018 season. Over the course of the campaign Nacho Vidal played a total of nine matches in the top flight, scoring one goal.

 

The summer of 2018 saw Club Atlético Osasuna seal a permanent deal for the defender, and during his first season there he secured promotion to the first division. In total he would play 184 matches for Osasuna, scoring three goals.

Have accumulated 146 appearances in the top division, Nacho Vidal spent last season on loan with Mallorca. He now becomes Real Oviedo's second signing of the January transfer window, following the arrival of César de la Hoz.
