In what has become a tradition at the start of each season, our players went to the headquarters of Tartiere Auto in Lugones this morning, to be presented with the official Real Oviedo vehicles for the 2021/22 season. The brand's unconditional support, which is directly linked to our club's history, has now been extended for another season, allowing our players to enjoy limited-edition Volkswagens during this current campaign.
The whole Real Oviedo first-team squad attended the presentation of the fleet of official vehicles. Each of our players received the key to his new official car: 23 models of the Golf 8, the R-Line 1.5 eTSI, and the Life 1.0 TSI. The cars are blue and white, and will be used by our players.
The act was attended by Vice President Manuel Paredes and Spokesman for the Board of Directors, Fernando Corral. Meanwhile, for Tartiere Auto, Belén Pavón and Grupo Tartiere Managing Director José María Salazar were also present as the vehicles were presented.
Tartiere Auto has been one of our most distinguished sponsors for over 25 years. Season after season, the company reaffirms its unconditional support and backing for our club. Fernando Corral described Real Oviedo as being "infinitely grateful" for the backing.
