With preseason now over, and ahead of the imminent start of the league season, the attacker discussed how he was feeling, saying that "I'm very
well, more and more connected with the group. There is a good changing room, with good people and we had a great preseason, both here and in Mexico. The Gaffer has made many good decisions and we are one hundred percent ready for Monday.”
With a full knowledge of the idiosyncrasy of Grupo Pachuca, the Ecuadorian evaluated what the training camp in Mexico meant for the squad: "In those ten days they got to know the Group, what it is and its facilities. Looking ahead to the start of LaLiga Hypermotion, the wide player pointed out that "Monday will be important for the preseason work to pay off. It would be good to start with a positive result, but this is a long process and we have to take it one game at a time.”
