Real Oviedo and Club León have reached an agreement for Santiago Colombatto to join Los Azules on a loan deal running until June 2024.
Santiago Colombatto is 26 years old and was born on 17th January 1997 in Ucacha, Argentina. The midfielder, who belongs to Grupo Pachuca, began his career in Italy, representing Cagliari, Pisa SC, Trapani, Perugia and Hellas Verona. The 2019/2020 season saw the midfielder move to Belgium, spending two campaigns with Sint-Truidense V.V and playing a total of 31 matches.
Santiago Colombatto spent the next three seasons with Club León, a club which forms part of Grupo Pachuca, playing 50 matches and scoring 6 goals. Last season saw the player represent Portuguese first-division side FC Famalicão, playing 43 matches and picking up 5 goals and 6 assists.
The new signing has also represented Argentina's Under-20 and Under-23 sides.
