While waiting to finalise the new coach who will lead the team for the 2024/25 season, the club’s Director of Football is continuing to work on the schedule for the weeks prior to the start of the season.
It’s for this reason that the players, who are expected to undergo medical tests at the Clínica Asturias on 11th and 12th July, will start the preseason on 15th July at El Requexón.
Afterwards, on 25th July, the team will start a preseason training camp at Pinatar Arena, where they will be training until 31st July. There, they will participate in a series of friendly matches, which will be announced shortly.
On 24th July, Los Azules will travel to Madrid to play against Getafe in a preseason friendly. The fixture will kick off at 20:00 at Getafe's training ground.
After the match, Real Oviedo will spend the night in Madrid and then travel to Murcia.
