We live in a globalised world in which football unites and is established as one of the economic motors which generate the largest revenues to world economies. As such, Real Oviedo travelled to the United Kingdom to take part in some conferences organised by LALIGA to look for synergies and opportunities for growth within the industry and entertainment, outside of Spain.

Director of Business and Operations Estela Díaz Caicoya travelled to London to form part of a representation of LALIGA clubs who presented their business model to different British media outlets. Real Oviedo, Real Betis, and Real Sociedad were the clubs chosen to explain their way of carrying out business to The Daily Mirror, The Athletic, The Financial Times, City AM, Expansion Correspondent, SportsPro, SportCal , and Inside World Football.

The activities were not just limited to this presentation, however, with the representatives of the Spanish clubs being invited to visit Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, Chelsea's Stamford Bridge, and Fulham's Craven Cottage. In addition, the Director of Business and Operations took part in several visits and masterclasses, as well as watching the Women's Super League fixture between Chelsea and Liverpool.

This event sees another step in Real Oviedo's brand expansion and in the business model which the club has been following since the arrival of Grupo Pachuca, while Los Azules also look to establish good relationships with the clubs which make up LALIGA.
