Having now undergone the relevant medical tests and consulted with different specialists, David Costas, together with the medical services and the Club, has decided that the centre back should undergo surgery.
The operation on his left quadriceps will take place on Tuesday 13th February at Hospital Pihlajalinna in Turku (Finland), with the surgery being performed by the prestigious Doctor Lasse Lempainem.
