Samuel Obeng was one of the standout players in his second Tokyo 2020Olympics qualifying match.
Despite Ghana under-23s' defeat against Cameroon, Real Oviedo forward Samuel Obeng has continued his progression with his national side, as he scored the first of their goals and scored the second. The attacker, who started the match and played the full 90 minutes, saw victory slip away from his side in the final minutes, with Cameroon coming from behind to win at the death.
Obeng will have another fixture on Thursday against Mali, where his side will have to secure a victory and hope for a slip-up from Cameroon in order to make it through to the next round.
