Luis Carrión will not be Real Oviedo Head Coach for the coming season.
Real Oviedo has done everything possible in order for the coach to stay, declaring our desire for him to lead the ambitious project being created by Grupo Pachuca for the 2024/25 season. We would like to thank Luis Carrión and his coaching staff for their effort and dedication, and wish him the best of luck in his professional future.
The Club would like to thank him for the achievements of this season, reaching a playoff place and fighting for promotion right up until the last match of the campaign, and given these successes Real Oviedo had wanted the coach to stay.
The Club is continuing to work on next season's project, with efforts focused on taking Real Oviedo back to the First Division.
