Real Oviedo forward Jonathan Dubasin appeared before the media this morning at El Requexón. The attacker discussed the positive mentality shown by the team to bounce back from poor results such as the one suffered in Valladolid, saying that "the team is playing very well and showing a good mentality. We have shown that we know how to react. As the Gaffer said, it's obligatory to win after a defeat."

Regarding competition for starting places, Dubasin explained that "you have to fight for your spot every training session. The important thing is to adapt to the team. The Gaffer asks us to make the choice difficult for him. That's the best thing that could happen for us, because you know that whoever goes out there will give it everything for the team. We are looking out for the team, not for ourselves."

LaLiga Hypermotion is currently very tight, and Dubasin said that "winning three matches in a row is very difficult. The squad is focused on getting another victory, taking it one match at a time, and staying up at the top of the table in order to be able to fight for a nice reward."

With respect to his time with the next opponent, Dubasin showed his affection for his former club saying that "I have a lot of love for Albacete. I made my professional debut for them and I am very grateful, but I am here now and we have to win. I hope everything goes well for them, except when they play us!"
