Real Oviedo midfielder Kwasi Sibo appeared in the Press Room at El Requexón today, speaking to the gathered media. He began by reasoning that "every match is very important. If we want to reach our objective then Thursday's match matters. It's a very important match for us to regain our confidence."

The midfielder was also asked about his individual form, and he was quick to recognise that he is happy in Oviedo. "I am very happy here and I am new here. I am competing with very good players and I knew that it was going to be very difficult. I don't have a problem, because I like working hard and competing."

Discussing the defeat against Cádiz, Sibo admitted that "we were upset about the result, but when the match finishes you have to clear your minds and focus on the next fixture. This can happen in football, and we have to focus on the positives. We didn't start well that day, and we have spoken about it with the Gaffer now. There are very good teams in this division, and we have to make the most of it and enjoy the journey. If your level drops then the other teams are going to capitalise on it. Cádiz had more of the ball and have very good individuals. They have just come down from Primera and it was a difficult ground to get hold of the ball. In the first half they scored because of our errors."

Finally, the new signing discussed the importance of the Tartiere and Sunday's home fixture against Burgos CF. "For me, now we have to clear Cádiz from our minds and look at the cup match. If we win then we will regain our confidence. I always like to play at the Tartiere because it's my home."
