Real Oviedo Head Coach Luis Carrión appeared before the media this morning at El Requexón.

The Coach began by discussing the feeling in the team going into the crucial match against SD Eibar: “The squad is feeling good, Confident that we are a team that can go to Eibar and win.  We have good energy, we are confident in what we are capable of, but have the humility in knowing that we’re up against a good opponent.”

Carrión wanted to send a clear message, "All I know is that if Oviedo wins, we are in the play-offs. I'm not worried about what other people think outside Oviedo. Right now, fifth place is ours, and if we win, we will maintain or improve it."

When asked about Cazorla in the press conference, he said: "I've never seen a feeling like Cazorla's for a club. One of the reasons I came here was to be with Cazorla in a dressing room. Hopefully we can make him fulfil his dream and we can get promoted, it's another incentive."

Regarding the response of the fans, Carrión pointed out that he can only be "grateful for what he has experienced. Now we have to feel strong, we are Real Oviedo, and we are capable of beating anyone. It's amazing to see that there are buses that are going to take people to cheer us on even without having a ticket. I want everyone to be a part of this. I see a united city."

To conclude, he made the following statement: "The first step to achieving something great is believing that you can do it."
